COMMISSION INFO
If you are interested in something that is not listed on my website, feel free to inquire.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission or cancel at any point before the sketch process is over.
Please do not commission me if you do not have the funds to make payment.
You will receive the sizes listed on my website via Google Drive when the process is complete, as well as a sheet for display purposes.
I am allowed to display my work publicly and on my social medias for advertisement, unless specifically requested otherwise.PAYMENT
Clients will be invoiced via Paypal BEFORE sketch is given to guarantee their commission slot. If client is on the waitlist, they will not be charged UNTIL work has begun on their order.
I am able to take rush orders at a % increase.PROCESS
When I accept your commission, you are added to the queue. I work through the queue gradually, usually doing my sketches in large bunches before finalizing. You may see someone receive a sketch at the same time and their final work before you, but do not fret, your commission is being attended to.
Once you have requested a commission and I get to your slot, an invoice will be sent. I will begin the sketch phase and will send you a multitude of WIPs throughout the process. If you'd like anything to be changed on the image, the sketch phase is the best time to mention it as it will be more difficult down the line and sometimes I may be unable to alter it.
The client will then be provided with a lineart, base color and final update.
After the final product is complete, there are instances in which changes can still be made, but some of these adjustments may cost a fee.USAGE
You are paying for the right to use this work for your own personal use and may promote themselves with it.
I am allowed to use the commission to promote my own work, unless specified otherwise beforehand.
There is a fee that will be charged if you would like to use this work for merchandise, usually 2x the original amount as I have to work at a much larger canvas size.
I do not allow edits to my work, if you need some thing changed PLEASE message me beforehand.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
I do NOT offer refunds for any of my commissions at this time.
Once past the sketch phase, there will be a fee charged for any cancellation.if you break this Terms of Service, I will retract all art I have made from you, contact Paypal and blacklist your email address as well as contacting others to warn them of you.When commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
